The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Utilize platforms such as Workday and Taleo for managing job postings and candidate tracking. Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through networking, social media, and other channels. Perform thorough research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices. Engage in cold calling potential candidates to gauge interest and suitability for open positions. Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate the selection process. Coordinate employee orientation programs for new hires to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as necessary. Skills Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems such as Workday and Taleo. Strong talent acquisition skills with experience in executive recruiting preferred. Excellent interviewing techniques with the ability to assess candidate fit effectively. Ability to conduct thorough research and lead generation activities. Strong cold calling skills with a persuasive communication style. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with candidates and hiring managers.
