ResponsibilitiesA Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within our manufacturing and logistic organization. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and to develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

Posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent Proactively sourcing candidates through databases, social media, and networking Conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit Coordinating interviews with hiring teams and providing feedback to candidates Managing the hiring process from initial contact through to onboarding Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle Maintaining accurate records and recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement A successful Recruiter is highly organized, communicative, and strategic, with a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
