As an Associate Division Recruiter at West Shore Home®, you will take ownership of the recruiting efforts for specified regions. You will report directly to the Division Operations Recruiting Manager and work closely with hiring managers and the rest of the Recruiting department. What You’ll Contribute In this role, you can expect by: Thoroughly qualifying candidates for front line Division Operations roles within West Shore Home. Managing the entire candidate life cycle, which includes but is not limited to reviewing resumes to identify potential, conducting phone screens to identify candidates who match the requirements of the role, send assessments to candidates, and schedule successful applicants for interviews with hiring managers. Being accountable to hitting KPI’s designated by Division Operations Recruiting Manager and Director of Talent Acquisition as necessary to maintain business-needed headcounts. We’ll provide you with the training and tools to set you up for success, and we hope that you’ll bring: Bachelor’s Degree OR commensurate agency or corporate recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a team. A track record of success working in a KPI metric environment. Ability to communicate and present key data points to leadership both inside of Talent Acquisition and the business.
