Job Description
Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist Confidential Lebanon, PA 17046 A growing organization is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join its Human Resources team full-time. This role is designed for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about connecting talent with opportunity. You’ll be instrumental in guiding the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring strategy and onboarding support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling and facilitation.
- Collaborate with department heads to create compelling job descriptions and establish clear hiring criteria.
- Conduct screenings and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with open roles.
- Recommend competitive compensation packages and coordinate offers and start dates.
- Maintain and refine recruitment strategies and best practices for efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure all hiring practices align with employment laws and internal policies.
- Keep accurate, organized records of recruitment activity and candidate information.
- Oversee temporary staffing needs, including vendor coordination, timesheet tracking, and invoice processing.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, community events, and other recruiting functions.
- Provide general HR support as needed across related functions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, hiring, or human resources. (Experience with manufacturing preferred but not required.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Skilled in candidate assessment and conflict resolution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Capable of working effectively in a collaborative, team-based setting.
