Superior Recruiting Agency is currently looking for a fulltimeRecruiter for our Hazleton Township Branch. This position providesday-to-day administrative support to the Recruiting Team. Theprimary responsibilities for this role will include assisting ourrecruiters with the sourcing of candidates, job postings,assistance with job description creation and revisions,coordinating pre-employment screenings, making outbound calls andfielding incoming calls to fill positions. This role requireseffectively multi-tasking while providing excellent customerservice and building solid working relationships with our clientsand the recruiting team to effectively manage all mattersindependently.

Schedule:

8-hour shift Monday to Friday8:30am-5:00pm

Duties:

Data entry of applications in our softwarePhone screening and placement of calls at a heavy volume Assistingrecruiters with placement of associates Assist with the developmentand refinement of job descriptions Post positions to theappropriate job boards Screen resumes and job applications forqualified candidates Ensure interview notes are collected andprepared for all candidates Arrange appointments with potentialcandidates requiring extensive phone time Candidate follow-upProvide regular status reports to the Manager and ensure thatcandidate tracking is up-to-date and compliant in the ApplicantTracking System Create, file, and maintain electronic filingsystem
