We are seeking a high-energy, driven, and bilingual recruiter who is fluent in English + Spanish OR Haitian Creole . This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives on achieving results and has a proven ability to generate high applicant volume.

What You’ll Do:

Actively source, screen, and recruit candidates for hourly roles.

Drive applicant flow:

generate 100+ applications weekly with a target of 30 hires/week . Manage the hiring pipeline through an ATS system (UKG experience preferred). Build community relationships and attend hiring events to boost outreach. Serve as a culture ambassador with a positive attitude and “never give up” mentality .

Bilingual in English + Spanish OR English + Haitian Creole . Prior experience in high-volume recruiting or staffing agency environments. Proven success in meeting aggressive hiring goals.
