HR Recruiter Position Available In Montgomery, Pennsylvania

Description We are looking for a bilingual HR Recruiter to join a team in Hatfield, Pennsylvania. This is a Contract to permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to develop your recruiting skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in full-cycle recruitment, primarily focusing on hiring production team workers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain job postings across platforms such as Indeed and internal systems.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Utilize recruiting software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from applicants and team members, ensuring clear and attentive communication.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, providing a warm and welcoming experience throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures during the recruitment process.
• Support data entry and administrative tasks related to recruitment activities.
• Assist in creating reports and metrics to analyze recruitment performance. Requirements
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting platforms such as Indeed.
• Ability to handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and data entry skills.
• Warm and approachable personality with the ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work onsite with potential for remote opportunities in the future.
