Whatyoull be doing:

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join ourdynamic Go-To-Market (GTM) team, with a primary focus on Sales andMarketing recruitment. In this high-impact role, you’ll beinstrumental in scaling a world-class GTM organization—an essentialpart of our growth strategy. You’ll partner closely with hiringmanagers and business leaders, driving full-cycle recruitment whiledelivering an exceptional candidate experience. Sr Recruiter,you’ll:

Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Marketing roles,with flexibility to support other business functions as needed.

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, createtarget profiles, and build strategic hiring plans. Design andexecute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Ensurea seamless, high-touch experience for both candidates and hiringmanagers. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, offeringmarket insights and guidance on hiring best practices. Collaboratewith internal stakeholders to optimize recruiting processes anddrive continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience inSales and/or Marketing recruitment, ideally within a high-growth orfast-paced environment. A passion for sourcing passive candidatesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to influence and build trust across all levels of theorganization. Strong project and time management skills—able tojuggle multiple roles and priorities with ease. A sharp eye fordetail when managing candidate pipelines and documentation. Apassion for technology and staying on top of emerging industrytrends.
