In this full cycle recruitment role, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and securing top healthcare talent across a range of clinical (and as needed non-clinical) roles. This role will serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, driving hiring outcomes that directly impact the growth, performance, and culture of the organization
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Execution Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to attract qualified healthcare professionals. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications. Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms and job boards. Talent Sourcing & Screening Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Conduct initial candidate screenings, assess qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare talent for current and future openings. Candidate Experience & Relationship Management Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates. Cultivate relationships with potential candidates and maintain ongoing communication with passive talent. Compliance & Documentation Ensure recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Reporting & Metrics Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction. Recommend improvements based on hiring trends and data analysis
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of a minimum 3+ years in full cycle healthcare recruitment Ability to work hours that might fall outside of regular business hours to accommodate candidates Must be a self-starter; able to work independently while keeping engaged with leadership To be considered for this position, please apply and submit your resume or review.
