YOUR IMPACT
As a NA Campus Recruiter, you will be based in Philadelphia as part of our North America campus recruiting team. This team ensures we are hiring the best talent to meet the Philadelphia office hiring needs by collaborating with consultants and leaders to lead the recruiting strategy and execution at various schools. You will also be responsible for owning the talent attraction strategy and execution at a local school where you will represent the firm on a broader scale and help bring in the best candidates to all offices globally.
You will manage all aspects of firm recruiting efforts on-campus, working with consultants to develop and execute recruiting strategy for top talent. You will plan and execute campus events, serve as the primary contact and counselor for candidates, lead candidate screening efforts, and develop annual analysis of results against historical and competitive benchmarks. Additionally, you will assist with candidate cultivation, manage a high volume of online applications, and work with the broader recruiting team to innovate McKinsey’s recruiting strategy.
Your work will help McKinsey & Company attract distinctive talent and ensure a robust pipeline of candidates to meet our hiring needs.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
University degree required years of recruiting experience, with knowledge of professional services-based recruiting strongly preferred
Strong analytical ability, including high degree of comfort with Excel & PowerPoint
Proactive problem solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions; desire and energy to continuously improve recruiting processes
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; growth mindset and willingness to dive in where priorities require leadership
Strong strategic thinker – ability to see and manage “the big picture” while driving impact on specific initiatives
Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills; ability to build great relationships with candidates, consultants at all levels, and recruiting colleagues
Outstanding organizational skills
Ability to coordinate multiple streams of work independently; close attention to detail
Demonstrated initiative, judgment and maturity; self-starter; mindful of external reputation; discreet, respectful and caring with confidential information
