Growing Seasons Landscaping, Pittsburgh’s premier landscape maintenance and installation service provider, is looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team. This person will primarily be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of roles within the organization. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, well organized and driven to help grow the company.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Base Salary of $55,000.00 – $70,000.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs and job specifications.
• Compose and post job descriptions and on various platforms (Indeed, Craigslist, local job boards, social media, etc.).
• Source candidates through online channels, job fairs, community outreach, employee referrals, trade schools and more.
• Screen resumes and update applicants in a timely manner.
• Schedule and conduct phone and in person interviews.
• Document interview notes and feedback.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with background verifications.
• Communicate professionally with applicants ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Promote the company’s culture and values to prospective employees.
• Maintain and update an accurate applicant tracking system.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Support onboarding efforts and ensure smooth handoff to HR and field operations.
• Willing to learn and support additional HR functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience.
• Ability to assess candidate skills, experience, and culture fit.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• (English/Spanish) is a plus.
