Job Description:

The Account Executive is an inside sales position focused on managing existing accounts, handling new leads, and prospecting to develop new business, particularly in the non-profit sector. The Account Executive will be building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and working with internal design and production teams to deliver custom solutions. In addition to sales responsibilities, the Account Executive must be comfortable in a multifaceted role that includes customer service, and project management, and thrive in an environment where every day and every project is different.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a B2B sales or account management role, with experience selling into government or non-profit sector being a plus. Experience in building and maintaining client relationships, and a desire to grow and develop long-term accounts. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Location:

 This role reports to a Rhode Island Area office 5 days a week; with a possibility of a 1 remote day/week after 6 months of employment. Job #5366

Base Salary:

 $50,000•$60,000

Total Comp:

$85,000•$100,000 (Year 1) and $125,000•$150,000+ (Year 2)
