Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Craft engaging and inclusive job postings to attract qualified candidates across multiple sourcing channels.
• Conduct thorough resume screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Manage interview logistics, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain active communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, offering timely updates and feedback.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recommend tailored recruitment strategies.
• Support onboarding efforts by helping new hires integrate successfully into the organization.
• Stay current on employment laws and uphold best practices in recruitment and compliance.

Qualifications of the

Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR with a strong understanding of the full hiring cycle (required).
• Proven ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders (required).
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills (required).
• Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience recruiting for warehouse or light industrial roles (preferred).
