Advertised Job Summary The selected professional will manage an assigned SC and out of state recruitment territory. Will utilize effective communication strategies and customer service techniques to guide students through all aspects of the enrollment funnel. Is responsible for following University guidelines to render admission decisions. Represents USC Beaufort at a variety of events on and off campus. Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 1 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials Able to drive and have a valid driver’s license in good standing. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Banner student data base system preferred and Slate customer relationship management system. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Skilled at public relations and public presentation, knowledge of data-base management programs for tracking from inquiry to enrollment, and knowledge of marketing and advertising strategies. Excellent presentation and communication skills and an ability to articulate the value of USCB enrollment and degrees. Knowledge of Microsoft office a must. Candidates must be willing to travel in and out of state. Sense of humor. Job Duty Closely manage the applicant pool, and guide students through the process from application to enrollment for assigned SC and out-of-state territory.
