The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. This position requires a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Duties Conduct technical recruiting to identify qualified candidates for specialized roles. Perform employee evaluations and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications. Conduct thorough interviews, both in-person and virtually, to assess candidate fit for the organization. Engage in HR sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of talent for current and future openings. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate applications and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Leverage tools such as ADP for effective lead generation and candidate management. Qualifications Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a technical field. Strong skills in employee evaluation, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment. Familiarity with HR sourcing methods and best practices in recruitment. Proficiency in using ATS software for managing recruitment processes. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage candidates effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
