The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the organization’s hiring needs. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, utilizing various sourcing methods and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding. Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions. Travel as required – Regular daily travel, occasional over-night travel Skills 2-year degree and 1-2 years of staffing/recruiting experience required; 4-year degree preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes. Current knowledge of regulatory agencies governing employment law. Knowledge of standard Human Resource practices and procedures. Unfailing honesty, integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality with protected information. Computer skills including MSOffice and in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research. Excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrating appropriate tact and professionalism with a wide range of individuals. Strong perception of people and able to relate to people at all levels. Proven ability to handle large volumes of exempt and non-exempt openings quickly.
