Role:
As a Legal Recruiter at Poulin | Willey | Anastopoulo, you’ll play an essential role in attracting top-tier attorneys who are passionate about justice and delivering exceptional results. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with law schools, overseeing law clerk and summer programs, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. If you’re a motivated professional with a knack for building strong hiring pipelines, managing recruitment processes, and tracking key metrics, this is the perfect opportunity for you to shine.
What You’ll Do:
Recruit Top Talent:
Source and recruit attorneys, ensuring that we bring in the best of the best.
Candidate Outreach & Screening:
Own the candidate outreach, screening, and offer process to ensure an efficient and seamless experience for all candidates.
Build Strong Pipelines:
Develop and maintain robust hiring pipelines, always ensuring we’re ahead of the curve in talent acquisition.
Develop Internship Programs:
Create and manage Law Clerk and Summer Programs, building long-term relationships with law schools and nurturing future talent.
Data & Metrics:
Manage recruiting data and track key metrics to ensure leadership has full visibility into recruitment progress, ensuring data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with
Leadership:
Work closely with firm leadership to forecast staffing needs, track talent pipelines, and ensure we’re positioned to meet future demands.
Support Culture Building:
Contribute to the development of mentorship programs, peer support initiatives, and a SWAG program, ensuring our legal team has the support and engagement they need to succeed.
What We’re Looking For:
A Bachelor’s degree (J.D. preferred but not required). 3+ years of experience in legal recruitment, ideally within the personal injury law firm or legal staffing industry. Proven experience in recruiting for legal professionals, including attorneys, paralegals, and legal ops. Strong understanding of law school recruiting , internship programs, and talent pipeline building. Excellent organizational , communication, and networking skills with a proactive, results-driven attitude. A collaborative team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
