Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of light industrial and clerical roles Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temp-to-hire positions Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within ATS systems Coordinate onboarding and communicate regularly with hiring manager

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in temp-to-hire or staffing agency recruitment (required) Comfortable working onsite, in-office full-time Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Positive, team-oriented attitude and professional communication skills
