Job Overview As a TA Coordinator/Sourcer at SHL Medical, you will be a critical partner in our Talent Acquisition team, responsible for identifying and engaging top talent to support our expanding operations in Charleston, SC. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual with a passion for finding the right people and building strong candidate pipelines in a fast-paced, manufacturing and medical technology environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to understand talent needs and role requirements. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top candidates across a variety of roles, including technical, engineering, operations, and administrative functions. Utilize diverse sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and networking events. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Track sourcing metrics and deliver regular reports on pipeline activity and progress. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by implementing inclusive sourcing practices. Contribute to employer branding efforts and candidate experience enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or life sciences environment. Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS).
