Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Recruiter to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. In this Contract-to-long-term role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting a large-scale hiring initiative, focusing on full-cycle recruiting for corporate and field positions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while helping fill critical roles across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of positions, including entry-level and management roles.
- Conduct virtual interviews using pre-designed scripts to assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with field managers to coordinate candidate meet-and-greet sessions and finalize job offers.
- Partner with team leads to ensure hiring goals are met for upcoming placement deadlines.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Provide support for grassroots recruitment efforts, including college outreach and job marketing strategies.
- Perform background checks and oversee onboarding processes to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline hiring processes and improve candidate experience.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. Requirements
- Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as ADP Workforce Now, ATS platforms, and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems and processes related to candidate evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring initiatives and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with grassroots recruitment strategies, including college outreach programs.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance during the hiring process.
- Proficiency in using platforms like CareerBuilder for sourcing and candidate engagement.
