HR Recruiter Position Available In Greenville, South Carolina

Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This Contract-to-long-term position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in a large-scale hiring initiative across multiple levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle recruitment, strong organizational skills, and an ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts to fill over 500 positions, including managerial and entry-level roles, by the end of summer.
• Conduct virtual interviews using structured scripts and questionnaires to evaluate candidates effectively.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate meet-and-greet sessions and finalize offer letters.
• Partner with sourcers and team members to enhance recruitment marketing strategies, including grassroots outreach and college partnerships.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication.
• Perform background checks and verify candidate qualifications in alignment with company policies.
• Support the integration of field recruitment processes into the HR department to streamline hiring practices.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress to project leaders and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of long-term opportunities for top-performing candidates.
• Assist with onboarding efforts to ensure new hires are well-prepared for their roles. Requirements
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and other applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and recruitment platforms such as CareerBuilder.
• Strong communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience conducting background checks and managing benefit functions.
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment efforts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies, including grassroots and college outreach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet hiring deadlines.
