Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This Contract-to-ongoing position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a high-volume hiring initiative, supporting the recruitment of over 500 employees, including managers and entry-level roles. Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles.
- Facilitate virtual interviews using structured scripts and assessment questions to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with field managers to coordinate final interviews, meet-and-greet sessions, and offer letter signings.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment progress.
- Partner with marketing and analytics teams to enhance sourcing strategies through platforms like Indeed and CareerBuilder.
- Support the onboarding process by ensuring all pre-employment checks, including background verifications, are completed.
- Participate in strategic hiring initiatives to meet company goals for placing employees by deadlines.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment metrics, challenges, and progress.
- Assist in building grassroots recruitment efforts, including outreach to colleges and other community organizations.
- Offer guidance to the team on best practices for optimizing recruiting tools and systems. Requirements
- Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now, ATS platforms, and other applicant tracking systems.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, including CareerBuilder and CRM systems.
- Ability to conduct background checks and manage pre-employment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and managers.
- Familiarity with benefit functions and onboarding processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
