Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced HR Sourcer to join our team on a short-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and attracting top talent to meet organizational needs. This position is based in Greenville, South Carolina, and offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and relevant networks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with job specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities within the applicant tracking system.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and interest.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on sourcing progress and recruitment metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance sourcing effectiveness. Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of human resources practices and recruitment strategies.
