Are you a dynamic and motivated recruiter looking to make an impact in a fast-growing company? Capital Vacations is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Myrtle Beach, SC! This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for corporate roles across our expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for accounting, IT, legal, deeding, brand, etc.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Utilize job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

Experience in recruiting, preferably in timeshare, hospitality, or corporate roles.
Strong ability to source passive candidates through various channels.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings.
Willingness to travel occasionally to attend career events or support hiring needs.
