We are seeking a Branch Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across a variety of moderatelyplex and specialized clients. You will partner with clients to define strategic objectives, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist candidates with resume building, interview preparation, and role-specific coaching.
Provide clear and professional guidance on Adecco’s offers, job opportunities, and training and development programs.
Identify, source, and screen top-quality candidates for client job orders.
Leverage Adecco’s internal tools and external platforms to conduct moderatelyplex candidate searches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Ensure candidates receive accurate and timely information throughout the hiring process.
Respond to temporary employee inquiries, escalatingplex issues when necessary.
Contribute to special projects and collaborate with colleagues to best practices.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition preferred
Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Details:

$25.00 per hour
