Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to support hiring needs in our manufacturing and logistics divisions. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for roles ranging from general labor to specialized technical and supervisory positions. This role plays a critical part in building a reliable workforce to support operational success.
salary:
$35,000 – $41,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 5
PMeducation:
BachelorsResponsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective job descriptions. Source candidates using online platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn), job fairs, referrals, and local outreach. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with department managers. Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems . Conduct reference checks and assist with background screenings and onboarding processes. Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs in manufacturing and logistics.
