• $65,000 depending on experience

They are looking for you, an experienced Corporate Recruiter, who can support hiring managers across multiple departments and own the full-cycle recruitment process. This is a direct hire opportunity with strong long-term potential.

What you get to do:

• Serve as a brand ambassador and build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of open roles across departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring plans and provide regular updates.
• Source active candidates and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Track progress and performance in the ATS; ensure compliance with all documentation.
• Conduct pre-screen interviews, coordinate feedback, and manage offer processes.
• Support hiring goals such as time-to-fill, retention, and candidate experience.

What you need to succeed:

• 1+ years of recruitment experience or experience in a fast-paced/high-volume environment.
• College degree in HR, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
