Are you a natural talent scout who thrives on digging deep, uncovering hidden talent, and fueling pipelines with high-impact candidates? At American Credit Acceptance, we’re looking for a Corporate Recruiter II who specializes in sourcing top talent—someone who’s energized by research, outreach, and making those strategic, behind-the-scenes connections that drive results.
In this role, you won’t be managing the full recruitment cycle—but you will be at the heart of our hiring success. Your focus will be identifying and engaging passive talent, partnering with recruiters and hiring leaders to build strong candidate pipelines for tough-to-fill and strategic roles.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Own the sourcing strategy—identify, attract, and engage top talent across multiple departments, including technical, analytical, and leadership roles
Leverage sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche platforms, etc.) to find and reach passive candidates
Craft compelling outreach that gets responses and starts conversations
Research industries, companies, and competitor landscapes to identify new talent pools
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to deeply understand each role and target profile
Track pipeline activity and results, share insights, and continuously refine sourcing strategies
Help shape ACA’s talent brand by identifying new sourcing channels and sharing best practices with the team
Keep everything organized in the ATS, maintaining clear and accurate candidate data

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing
✔ Proven ability to build pipelines for hard-to-fill or niche roles
✔ Comfortable supporting Director, VP, and executive-level searches
✔ Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
✔ Strategic mindset—you know how to go beyond job boards and think like a headhunter
✔ Excellent written communication skills—you know how to write outreach that connects
✔ Collaborative and proactive—you like partnering with others and staying ahead of hiring needs
