Sourcing Specialist Location:
Spartanburg (Onsite)
Pay:
$21/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (flexibility available after training) Our client believes in finding exceptional people to power their mission—and that starts with this role. You’ll work alongside a team that values focus, hustle, creativity, and a little curiosity. They are looking for you, an experienced Sourcing Specialist who is ready to jump in on a contract basis (2-3 months) with potential for permanent placement down the road.
What you get to do:
Schedule candidate interviews.
Greet candidates upon arrival.
Perform background checks on candidates.
What you need to succeed:
Prefer 1+ year of HR experience or a recent college grad with an HR degree.
Experience with Outlook and Zoom is required.
Experience with Jobvite (ATS) is a plus.
