$24-$28/hour

Our client is a fast-growing organization within the Data/Central Division space, supporting a wide range of technical and corporate hiring initiatives. They are looking for you, a passionate and resourceful Recruiter with a strong sourcing background, who can hit the ground running and support high-volume, high-impact recruiting efforts.
What you get to do:

• Source and engage candidates for a wide variety of roles across departments
• Recruit for positions like Accountants, FP&A Directors, Construction Managers, and Technicians
• Attend job fairs and college CO-OP events (travel required occasionally)
• Collaborate with hiring managers to provide updates and strategic input
• Maintain candidate tracking reports in Excel
• Build relationships across the company while maintaining a fast recruiting pace
  What you need to succeed:
• 2+ years of recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing
• Proven expertise using LinkedIn and Indeed to fill challenging roles
• Excellent people skills—must be enthusiastic and a team player
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Candidates from manufacturing/logistics recruiting backgrounds may not be a good fit
