Responsibilities:
- + Manage the full life cycle recruiting process + Source, phone screen, and prep all potential candidates for projects needing skilled labor such as electricians, millwrights, etc. + Utalize employee database to track activity + Experience with Paylocity or ADP would be helpful

Qualifications:
- + Minimum HS Diploma, AS or BS Degree preferred + 2-3 years of experience in a corporate craft recruiting setting + Must be able to commute to work every day
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer, regardless of authorization or visa transfer
