TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking 2 Craft Recruiters to join their client’s team of professionals! This is for an Industrial Contractor in the Spartanburg, SC area.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full life cycle recruiting process Source, phone screen, and prep all potential candidates for projects needing skilled labor such as electricians, millwrights, etc. Utalize employee database to track activity Experience with Paylocity or ADP would be helpful

Qualifications:

Minimum HS Diploma, AS or BS Degree preferred
2-3 years of experience in a corporate craft recruiting setting Must be able to commute to work every day
