Contract Recruiter (6-Month Assignment, could extend to direct hire) Clerical + Industrial/Manufacturing Focus ?? Rock Hill, SC ?? Full-time Onsite | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ?? Competitive base PeopleShare is immediately hiring a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month assignment (could extend to direct hire) in Rock Hill, SC! In this role, you’ll primarily focus on sourcing and placing talent in the industrial and manufacturing sector , helping to fill critical roles in warehouses, production facilities, and distribution centers.

Job Responsibilities:

Full-cycle recruiting for temp, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles Focus on industrial, warehouse, and manufacturing positions Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of skilled and entry-level roles Write job postings and actively recruit via LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc. Maintain communication with candidates and clients throughout the process Prepare candidates for interviews and assist with resume support Conduct orientations and onboarding as needed Track all activity in our applicant tracking system (ATS) Follow PeopleShare’s hiring processes and documentation guidelines

Qualifications:

1-3 years of recruiting experience (preferred) Experience in high-volume or industrial staffing is a plus Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multitasking roles Strong communication and organizational skills High attention to detail and urgency Experience working with KPIs or performance metrics Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams) To be considered please email: Chardae.
