Recruitment Consultant – Contract Staffing Laurel Institute of Technology Fort Mill, SC 29708 • Hybrid work Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contract Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers. The Contract Recruiter will leverage various tools and platforms, including social media, ATS systems, and HR sourcing techniques to fulfill staffing needs. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Conduct campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent. Utilize executive recruiting strategies to identify and engage high-level candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Leverage social media management skills to promote job openings and enhance employer branding. Utilize iCIMS or other ATS platforms to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records. Source candidates through various channels, including HR sourcing techniques and networking. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback. Maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings. Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a contract or temporary capacity. Familiarity with campus recruitment strategies is a plus. Experience in executive recruiting is highly desirable. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for tracking leads and managing candidate relationships. Strong knowledge of iCIMS or other ATS systems for efficient recruitment management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Experience in social media management as it relates to recruitment efforts. Knowledge of PeopleSoft or similar HR systems is an advantage. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
