  • Engage consistently with candidates and move quickly through hiring steps
  • Interview candidates to assess cultural and role fit
  • Use approved social media platforms to attract applicants
  • Initiate recruiting conversations in the local community
  • Manage and update recruiting tools and candidate records
  • Lead onboarding, including interviewing, hiring, and orientation
  • Submit complete and accurate new hire packets
  • Ensure all ATS statuses and team member data are correct
  • Submit payroll accurately and on time
  • Request HR, office, and recruiting supplies as needed
  • Support local team celebrations and company initiatives
  • Respond to corporate requests within 24 hours
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful work environment
  • Participate in company-wide projects and pilot programs What Can You Bring…
  • Fully bilingual; English and Spanish
  • 1+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Recruiter Assistant
  • Comfort working with a variety of people and personalities
  • Excellent computer skills and a willingness to learn new technology
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
