We’re looking for a Corporate Sales Recruiter to join our team and spearhead the acquisition of top-tier sales talent across our expanding regional footprint (VA, NC, SC, TN). This isn’t just about filling roles; it’s about building high-performing sales teams that drive our success. What you’ll do: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for sales roles across Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Develop and execute innovative, state-specific talent acquisition strategies to proactively meet current and future sales hiring needs. Build robust talent pipelines through diverse and creative sourcing methods, including regional networking and virtual events. Partner closely with C-suite executives and regional sales leaders to deeply understand their requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring journey. Leverage data and analytics to continuously optimize recruitment processes, enhance efficiency, and refine our overall sales talent strategy. Manage all recruitment activities within our HRIS (Dayforce preferred) to ensure streamlined workflows and data accuracy. Contribute to regional sales team retention efforts by analyzing turnover data and supporting strategic initiatives. What we’re looking for: 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience, with a demonstrated track record of successfully hiring sales professionals. Experience recruiting across multiple states is highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling effective management of multiple priorities and diverse candidate pipelines. Proficiency with HRIS systems (Dayforce preferred) and Google Workspace. Ability to work five days a week from a Budd Group Office in Charlotte, NC (preferred); Morrisville, NC; Winston Salem, NC; Greensboro, NC; Nashville, TN; Greenville, SC; or Charleston, SC. (Ability to work hybrid once fully onboarded). Willingness to travel 10% (up to 30% seasonally). Valid Driver’s License. Why Work For The Budd Group?!?
