Recruiter Job Summary Recruit and hire new employees, from the opening of a role to the onboarding of the new hire. Build and/or maintain talent pipelines, promotional and informational materials for candidates and hiring managers, and evaluative recruiting metrics. Continuously improve our hiring processes and candidate experience via a data-based approach. Ensure our mission, vision, and values permeate our hiring processes and decisions. Coordinate recruiting activities for all Diversity Health entities, including Chosen Family Physicians Group, Music City PrEP, Diversity Health, Derby City PrEP, and any others that may be established. General Responsibilities Partner with business and HR leaders to create and manage job openings and requisitions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions that reflect our quality standards, mission, vision, and values; ensure job postings and descriptions align to established job profiles and workforce plans. Coordinate the recruiting and hiring process by scheduling screenings and interviews, drafting offer letters, administering hiring manager and candidate surveys, and tracking the process of all requisitions in our systems. Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future openings to proactively source candidates through contacts with schools and sourcing on websites. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Present top candidates to hiring managers with detailed profiles and recommendations. Coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders and ensure the process runs smoothly. Guide managers on interview and hiring best practices that reflect our culture and values as well as sound hiring decisions. Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to offer acceptance. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our company values by continuously improving and sharing promotional materials to candidates and potential applicants which showcase Diversity Health’s Employee Value Proposition. Work with hiring managers to present offers, negotiate compensation congruent with our established pay bands, and finalize terms. Ensure alignment between candidate expectations for the role and the compensation, duties, and environment required by the role. Assist in the onboarding of new hires by coordinating start dates with new hire orientations, triggering background checks, and communicating first-day details to employees. Job Qualifications 1+ year of recruiting experience preferred 1+ year of experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred Knowledge of Google Suites Passion for providing best-in-class candidate experiences Stellar attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to plan and monitor work independently while managing multiple stakeholders Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Quick learner, with the ability to pattern-match and improve on ideas Ability to collect, evaluate, and make decisions using data alongside other stakeholders Demonstrated integrity, maturity, professionalism, and sensitivity The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
