Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing:
Proactively identify, engage, and attract top-tier passive technical candidates (SDEs, TPMs, SDMs) through expert use of Boolean search, and other creative sourcing platforms.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct deep market research to understand talent landscapes, identify key companies, and develop targeted sourcing strategies for specific technical profiles, rotating focus quarterly.
Top-of-Funnel Pipeline Generation:
Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates, ensuring a continuous flow of talent for our most critical roles.
Candidate Engagement & Assessment:
Skillfully screen and assess candidates for technical aptitude, cultural fit, and alignment with our high hiring bar, providing an exceptional initial candidate experience.
Seamless Handoff:
Efficiently move qualified candidates through the initial stages of the recruitment process, making seamless handoffs to the closing recruiting team members.
System Management:
Accurately track and manage candidate information, interactions, and progress within our ATS and CRM systems.
Process Improvement:
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing strategies, tools, and processes, leveraging data and insights to maximize effectiveness.
Onboarding & Orientation:
Participate in initial onboarding and training sessions.
Policy Adherence:
Adhere to all internal recruiting policies and processes. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field. Minimum 5 years of experience in high-volume technical recruiting, with a strong emphasis on top-of-funnel sourcing for passive candidates. Recruiting experience should include support of senior level roles, like SDMs, SDEs, TPMs Proficiency with Recruiter and other advanced sourcing platforms. Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Learn & Be Curious Preferred Qualifications Experience in a high-volume, centralized sourcing environment. Proven ability to adapt to changing technical recruiting priorities and talent profiles.
