Human Resources Recruiter/Generalist Purpose :
This position provides general support to the Human Resources Department with a specific focus on recruitment Reports to :
HR Manager Primary Job Functions :
Utilize ADP Workforce and other HR systems to update candidate status Pre-qualify candidates on the phone and by email Maintain ATS and data tracking for job candidates Conduct phone interviews Schedule virtual and in person interviews Follow-up with candidates post interview Create and maintain electronic filing Complete employment verifications Schedule pre-employment testing and screenings Work with staff members on pre-hiring process Attend virtual and onsite hiring events Work with HR Team to plan hiring events Assist in HR orientation and onboarding Provide hiring data to HR Manager Track signing bonus payout Collaborate with other HR Team members on successful event planning In addition to other HR Generalist duties Performs other duties as assigned The principal duties are intended to describe those functions that are essential to the performance of this job and must be performed unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation. ADA, EEOC, FLSA, DOL, WC
is helpful. Possess valid driver license Preferred Qualifications HR Generalist experience Classification under
Fair Labor Standards Act :
