WORK LOCATION
In-person. Requirements and skills ü Proven experience as Recruiter or another recruiting-related role. ü Familiarity with recruiter practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding). ü Experience with Microsoft Office products and operating a personal computer. ü Highly skilled communicator. ü Highly organized with the ability to effectively prioritize assigned tasks. ü Bilingual in English and Spanish.
JOB DESCRIPTION
ü Prepare and post job ads online ü Help with resume screening and initial phone screens. ü Schedule calls and interviews, maintaining our candidate database, and handling administrative paperwork. ü Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates ü Process background checks. ü Provide support in our recruitment and onboarding process. ü Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates. ü Coordinate hiring activities. ü Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas).
