FULLY REMOTE

position. This is a Full-Time/Temporary opportunity with an anticipated duration of 30-60 days .

Schedule:

8:30 AM

  • 5:30 PM, Monday
  • Friday (half-hour lunch)
Compensation:

$25/HR

  • 27/Hr.
  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
Qualifications:

3+ years of recruiting/HR function or high-level support/scheduling role. Strong project management skills. Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, and Word. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for tasks like opening requisitions, updating candidate statuses, and managing job description libraries (Dayforce experience is a plus). As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will: Provide administrative and coordination support to Recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and the HR team. Manage high-volume interview scheduling and coordination. Perform heavy computer work within MS Office and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Route all requisitions for approval and open requisitions, including inputting details like location and pay into the system. Manage job descriptions and format them for job sites. Maintain the ATS with candidate statuses. Create job postings. Administer skills testing. Potentially assist with candidate sourcing and special projects. Support tracking for seasonal hiring projects. Assist with scheduling interviews and prescreens.
