Position Summary:
Responsible for the overall flow of the application process with candidates. Position is 100% onsite and requires hospitality and full-time direct contact with the public. Position is the first impression candidates receive of Quanta Manufacturing Nashville, LLC.
Essential Functions:
Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists with candidate management from the requisition process through onboarding. Provide outstanding candidate experience through professional, thoughtful, and timely communications. Review Job Descriptions for format accuracy prior to posting via ATS. Schedule virtual and/or onsite interviews with selected candidates. Send candidate assessments for completion prior to onsite interviews. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with TA Specialists, candidates and hiring managers. Send rejection communication to candidates not selected in a timely manner. Track and communicate offer acceptance metrics to Senior HR Manager monthly. Assign New Hire Checklist to selected candidates in HRIS. Request needed equipment and assign seating for new hires upon determination of start date. Review background checks and reference checks to ensure information is complete; report discrepancies to TA Specialist. Ensure new applicants have completed all onboarding documents; follow up with new employees until completed; escalate to TA Specialist, hiring manager and/or Sr. HR Manager when needed. Communicate new hire progress with hiring manager and TA team, sharing any updates that could impact the individual’s start date. Support TA Specialists with special projects. Develop strong relationships with TA team and hiring managers; investing in learning about the various teams Attending career fairs and college hiring events with TA Specialists as needed. Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Minimum one (2) years’ experience in customer service and administration. Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel Experience with
ATS or HRIS Other Skills and Abilities:
This is a
FULLY ONSITE
position; must be able to report onsite daily. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with multiple languages Excellent organizational skills. Extremely detail oriented. Strong written and spoken English skills; bilingual in Spanish preferred. Ability to operate independently in multiple locations. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally. Ability to distinguish between colors. Ability to bend, stoop, stand/sit for prolonged periods, move about production and warehouse facilities.
