This role is responsible for administrative tasks such as opening requisitions, drafting offers, ensuring the accuracy of templates and data within recruiting systems, and timely payment of recruitment vendor invoices. The ideal candidate for this role is tech-savvy, has a meticulous eye for detail, and is familiar with the various components of recruitment ecosystems. Key Responsibilities The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide essential administrative and logistical support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing candidate information, job posting templates, and workflows in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other technology platforms as needed Opening staffing requisitions (e.g. jobs, positions, postings) and assigning to the appropriate teams Sponsoring jobs in various job advertisement platforms Validating and submitting invoices from recruiting vendors for timely payment Preparing offer letters and communicating with candidates regarding outstanding steps and tasks Ensuring appropriate approval processes have been followed for posting jobs and extending offers Supporting recruitment events, career fairs, and other initiatives requiring logistical support as needed Assisting with reporting on recruitment metrics and maintaining accurate data Maintaining cleanliness of data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other technology platforms as needed Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Experience with job boards, vendor relations, and billing & invoicing is preferred Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with office technology (email, calendars, web meetings, Microsoft Office or similar productivity suite). Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and HR systems. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment. Experience with HR Information Systems (HCMs, Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus, but not required. What we
