In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the healthcare industry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization is staffed with qualified professionals who can provide exceptional care to our patients. Duties Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization. Utilize applicant tracking worksheets to manage candidate applications and maintain accurate records. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a robust talent pool for future openings. Perform research on industry trends to stay informed about best practices in healthcare recruiting. Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
