In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet our organizational needs. You will play a crucial part in building a strong workforce by utilizing various recruitment strategies and tools. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people and possess strong communication skills. Duties Conduct cold calling to identify potential candidates and generate interest in job opportunities. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines effectively. Source candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews. Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback to hiring managers throughout the process. Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes for new hires. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Kronos, or ADP systems as required. Collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment on hiring needs and organizational goals. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources sourcing. Experience Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred. Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and strategies is essential. Proficiency in using ATS software for managing candidate information is highly desirable. Experience with contract recruitment processes is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike.
