Amada Senior Care Knoxville is seeking a Recruiter to join our team in Knoxille, TN Join a fun team of senior care professionals dedicated to providing the best possible services to adults, seniors and individuals with disabilities needing assistance to remain safely in their home for as long as possible! This position plays a vital role in the attraction, selection and engagement of A-Level Caregiver talent to assist clients. This is an unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of caregivers and clients. A Typical day you could be doing one or all these activities: Manage job postings Lead a high touch “star service” candidate process Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, perform phone screenings and conduct face-to-face interviews Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline Research recruiting trends and best practices Perform background and reference checks and other Human Resource duties Conduct orientation classes with new hires weekly Local travel to recruit / market at nursing schools, attend job fairs, partner with schools Conduct caregiver trainings Promote Caregiver Retention and Recognition through acknowledgement and incentive programs On-Call as needed Top applicants will meet these requirements: 2 years of recruiting or marketing experience preferred
- Previous experience within Human Resources team
- Previous experience as full cycle recruiter
- Thrive in multi-tasking environments Team player mindset with ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Applicant tracking system experience a plus Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods Solid understanding of Tennessee employment laws and regulations
