Position Summary:

Ensures UT Medical Center attracts, develops and retains high quality talent at all levels, securing a continuous pipeline of candidates to support the growth objectives, opportunities and strategies of the organization. Evaluates the effectiveness of current HR initiatives, providing input for continuous improvement
Identifies and implement ongoing recruitment strategies.
Proactively develop efficient and effective strategies for attracting top caliber employees in a high-growth and competitive healthcare environment. Develop, drive and implement hiring plans.
Develop and implement strategies that build strong talent pipelines leading to a reduction in time-to-hire while improving quality of hire.
Execute sourcing strategies that drive high volume, targeted candidate pipeline.
Creates opportunities to interact with potential and active students. Develop and implement strategy to attract students at multiple academic levels
Develops and recommends creative and innovative recruitment strategies. Review strategies for effectiveness; propose and develop changes to strategy to fulfill the organizations talent needs.
Attends and actively participates in local, state and professional organizations. Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure UTMC is promoted as a workplace of choice
Develop and execute program to attract experienced team members. Program to include pipeline of maintained within a talent database to ensure effective continual marketing and attraction of candidates
Performs other duties as assigned
Plans, participates and promotes events for health care career awareness.
Identifies, recommends and nurtures recruitment sources continually.
Fosters health care career focus and professional experienced talent focus within community through relationships with relevant schools and programs.
Develop and implement professional and clinical recruitment and retention focus campaigns.
Tracks, evaluates and reports outcome of recruitment markets as requested.
Develop and implement new employee on-boarding, career development, and retention strategies /initiatives to support the organizations objectives.

Position Qualification:
Education:

Bachelors degree in HR or related discipline.

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years experience with ATS, leading recruitment initiatives and developing marketing campaigns for recruitment.

Skills:

Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent computer skills are required to perform successfully in this role.
Navigate competing priorities and effectively work in a fast-paced environment
