Bilingual Onboarding Associate Job Description Onboarding Assistants will be assisting applicants through the company’s application and hiring process. They will help applicants with their new-hire paperwork and assist multiple applicants at once. Additionally, they might assist with the fingerprinting process. There are usually about 40-60 applicants completing the hiring process per day. Assistants will also manage documentation, file paperwork, and store applications. Responsibilities Assist applicants through the application and hiring process. Help applicants with new-hire paperwork. Assist with the fingerprinting process. Manage documentation, file paperwork, and store applications. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for applicants. Essential Skills Onboarding Customer service Data entry New hire orientation Microsoft Office Administrative support Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma required. Must be bilingual (fluent in spoken and written communication). 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to navigate computer systems. Work Environment Work within an office environment on a team with about 10 other Onboarding Assistants. There are around 30 computers in the room to assist applicants. The role involves direct interaction with applicants to provide a seamless onboarding experience.
