This is a high-impact position focused on building strong partnerships, understanding the business, and leading full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for all corporate and commercial roles. The Corporate Recruiter reports to the HR Manager and partners closely with the Senior Director of HR & Organizational Development and the CHRO. Recruitment & Talent Strategy Lead full-cycle recruiting for all corporate and commercial roles, including individual contributor, management, and director-level positions
Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers, aligning on hiring needs, team structure, and role scope
Conduct thoughtful intake meetings that uncover both short-term requirements and long-term goals
Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies using tools, referrals, and passive outreach
Manage candidate pipelines, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and guide hiring managers through the selection process
Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks, monitor performance, and provide insights to HR leadership
Partner with external recruiters or staffing firms as needed to support difficult-to-fill roles Onboarding Leadership Own the onboarding process from offer acceptance through the new hire’s first 30 days
Coordinate all pre-start tasks, including background checks, IT setup, new teammate documentation, and internal communications
Conduct comprehensive orientation sessions that reinforce company values, policies, systems, and support resources
Ensure timely and accurate completion of onboarding tasks
Lead 30-day check-ins, communicate feedback or concerns, and partner with team members to develop action plans HR Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration Support general HR operations including employment verifications, leave tracking, offboarding logistics, and ADP updates
Coordinate changes to employee records and partner with IT and Payroll to ensure smooth execution
Support the summer internship program in partnership with the HR Manager
Contribute to broader people initiatives such as service awards, process improvements, and reporting
Represent the HR function with professionalism, clarity, and follow-through in all team member interactions Minimum Experience, Education, And Certifications An individual qualified for this job must have and maintain the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting, including director-level or senior professional roles
Demonstrated experience managing onboarding and partnering with hiring managers and support teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and advise across levels
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proficient with ClearCompany, ADP, SharePoint, Docusign, and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred) – or able to quickly learn new systems
