We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee, 38103, United States. As a Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the hiring process, from identifying potential candidates to interviewing and evaluating them. This role provides a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Utilizing the Applicant Track System for an efficient recruitment process.
- Using Workday and Paradox systems
- Engaging with ATS – Asynchronous Transfer Mode to optimize data transfer.
- Using Careerbuilder and CRM tools for effective job advertising and candidate relationship management.
- Ensuring Background Checks are conducted in a timely manner.
- Overseeing Benefit Functions in line with company policies.
- Demonstrating excellent detail-oriented skills in all interactions.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, such as Paradox.
- Regular office attendance for effective collaboration and team synergy.
- Strong understanding of multiple HRIS systems is required.
- Proficiency in Workday is required. Paradox is a plus.
- Knowledge of ATS – Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential.
- Familiarity with Careerbuilder is a plus.
- CRM skills are required.
- Experience with About Time is desired.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Track System is necessary.
- Must be able to conduct Background Checks.
- Knowledge of Benefit Functions is needed.
- Excellent Communication skills are essential.
